FAQs about Orders and Deliveries and the COVID-19 Virus

We have started accepting pre-paid orders on most products and will be delivering them all products across the country, in accordance with the Central and respective State Government guidelines.

1. Are you delivering non-essentials in all (green, orange and red) zones?

Printer Point welcomes the latest notification from Government of India as it enables e-commerce to deliver a wider selection of products while upholding the tenets of safety and social distancing. As per the latest government guidelines, we have started accepting orders for all products across the country. For the safety of our customers and delivery associates and to maintain social distancing, all deliveries by Printer Point will continue to be no-contact.
(Important: No eCommerce deliveries are allowed in containment zones.)

2. I have already placed order, but it is showing a long delivery date?

We are gearing up our operations to start delivering all products to across the country following the Central and respective State Government guidelines. Hence, deliveries may take longer than usual. We appreciate your patience in this regard.

3. What about my pending non-essential prepaid order? When will I receive it?

As per the latest government guidelines, we have started processing existing orders for all products across the country, except Containment Areas. You will be notified via email once orders are processed.

4. Are you delivering non-essentials Internationally?

Unfortunately, We haven't Started accepting any new International Orders, as we are not Provisioned to Ship non-essentials Outside India. For all Pending International Orders, we are currently holding them. As International Shipment Courier Services are not active yet.

5. Is it safe to receive orders?
