User shall be entitled to cancel an order booked on PrinterPoint.co.in by placing a Cancellation request at “support@printerpoint.co.in” or by logging a call to our Support Team.

Cancellation requested by a customer will lead to a deduction of 18% (3% Payment Gateway + 15% Other Charges) from the total amount of order.
In case the order is already shipped then 18% (3% Payment Gateway + 15% Other Charges) + Forward Shipping Charges + RTO (Return to Origin) Shipping Charges will be deducted from the total amount of order.
We have all the rights to cancel the order without any prior notice for any reason whatsoever. (100% refund will be given).
Refunds will be initiated to the source of payment. Sometimes, we may require your Bank Details or Paytm Number to initiate the refunds manually.
We will credit refunds within 5 to 7 business days after approval.
