General Returns Policy
The following general returns policy is applicable to all items sold on Printer Point.
- In general, an item may be eligible for return within the applicable return window of 5 Days if it fulfill one or more of the following conditions:
- Product is not working properly (Printer Consumables (Ink Bottles / Ink Cartridge / Toner Cartridge / Print Head) & Manufacturer Sealed Product (Delivered in SEALED condition) cannot be Returned)
- Products which are pulled can be replaced in case they are not working.
- Replacement approval will be done only if Seal/Stamp on the product or packaging is not Broken/Void.
- We Ship every product with a Seal/Unique ID on it, No returns will be accepted if the Seal/ID Stamp is not found on it!
- Was delivered in a physically damaged condition
- Is different from what was ordered
- All items must be returned in their Original Condition, Original Accessories, Original Box Packaging as delivered to you.
